By using RoProxy services, you agree to:

• Only use the service for lawful purposes under Vietnamese and international law
• Not use it to attack, intrude upon, or harm third-party systems
• Not distribute spam, malware, or copyright-infringing content
• Not resell or share your account without permission
• Comply with the terms of use of websites and services you access via proxy

4. Payment and Refund Policy

All transactions are processed through secure payment gateways. Service plans take effect immediately upon successful payment. RoProxy offers a refund policy within 7 days from the date of purchase if the service does not meet the stated technical requirements. Refund requests after this period will not be accepted.

5. Limitation of Liability

RoProxy is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service. The service is provided "as is" without any warranties of continuity or freedom from errors.

6. Account Suspension and Termination

RoProxy reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if a violation of these terms is detected. Unused bandwidth will not be refunded in cases of violation.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
