1. Refund period and conditions
RoProxy offers a refund within 7 days from the date of purchase if the service does not meet the stated technical requirements. Refund requests after this period will not be accepted. Refunds are credited to your RoProxy account balance only; they are not paid out to a bank account or crypto wallet.
